Payment, Refunds, Upgrading and Downgrading Terms

  • Since we prefer online payments, a valid credit or debit card is required for payment of your subscription with us. Any other means of payment is at the discretion of the Comptrue LLC management.
  • Once the payment is done we do not store credit card information for any customer. Hence on renewal or upgrading your subscription with us we shall be again taking credit card details. We seek your authorisation before charging the card.
  • Comptrue LLC Tech Support subscription plan starts from the date on which you agree and give authorization for our services on your PC.
  • Once the work is done on your PC and the amount is charged against your subscription plan then it is non-refundable. In case you are not satisfied with the service and we have not been able to resolve the technical issue what you were subscribed for, a partial or full refund may be considered which is at the discretion of Comptrue LLC management.
  • In case you decide to downgrade your plan to another plan, it may be considered at the sole discretion of the management.
  • All fees are inclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities of US, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties, if levied in your country.

Cancellation and Termination

  • Comptrue LLC Tech Support Company, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, for reasons such as unauthorized access of our portal, servers and databases, abusive behavior, data theft, improper or illegal use of our services, using the service for PC other than the one which has been registered for with Comptrue LLC Tech Support Company, among other reasons. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Comptrue LLC techsupport services.
  • An email or phone request to cancel your account is a must and you must receive a confirmation from your account manager on the date of cancellation. You are solely responsible to ensure correct cancellation procedure.
  • All of your data stored with us will immediately be archived from active servers and maybe stored with us for any future use.
  • Once the work is done and payment is charged, any cancellation and refund shall be at the sole discretion of Comptrue LLC management and as per refund policy.
  • Any use of Comptrue LLC services which is not legal may result in termination of your services with immediate effect withour giving any reasons and cancellation of your account by Comptrue LLC Tech Support Company.
  • Comptrue LLC Tech Support Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
